Whether you are a Park and Recreation’s director or Aquatic manager, you will appreciate the need for pool shade for your community swimming pool. With tight budgets and numerous decisions to make, pool shade or market umbrellas are oftentimes shelved from year to year. However, this is changing as park shade structures become a higher issue on the agenda, as more and more members of the community become aware of the rising concern of skin cancer, caused by overexposure to the sun.
Another challenge facing Park Designers and Landscape Architects when specifying shade features in their projects, is where to put the pool shade and where not to. Our Poolbrellas present an answer to this dilemma and allow you the option to shade multiple areas of your pool surrounds with one umbrella. Due to the rotating 360 degree mechanism, a Poolbrella may be placed in between two or three chaise lounges and moved according to the need catching the shade for the shadow to fall further. Stationery shade structures would not give you this ability and therefore limit the amount of shade quotient received.
Our Poolbrella, pool and patio umbrella, is available in sizes ranging from 12 ft to 24 ft, giving you the option to shade your community centers in many areas including, shade for playgrounds, shade for picnic benches, shade for toddler pools, swimming pool spectator areas and any other areas of your park that would require shade from the sun. |
